1. General Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility:

A full refund is available if a request is made within 7 days of course purchase and you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must submit a refund request through our Contact Us page, specifying the reason for your request.


Partial Refund Eligibility:

If you have accessed more than 10% but less than 50% of the course content, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of Catchy Peak Academy.

Partial refunds will be calculated based on the amount of content accessed and the time elapsed since purchase.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

No refunds will be issued if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed.

Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible.|

2. Course Cancellation

Student-Initiated Cancellation:

You may cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

Academy-Initiated Cancellation:

Catchy Peak Academy reserves the right to cancel any course at its discretion. If a course is cancelled by the academy, enrolled students will receive a full refund regardless of the amount of content accessed.

3. Refund Process

Submitting a Request:

Processing Time:

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Notification:

You will be notified via email once your refund request has been processed. If your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Digital Nature of Courses: As our courses are digital and delivered online, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense. The above policies are designed to ensure a fair approach to refunds for our digital content.
